To reduce production cost of primers & enamel, water is incorporated to the system. It is not difficult to corporate water to the system, but, it is quiet difficult to maintain properties of your finished product like viscosity, Gloss, Drying time, stability of Enamel. With the use of Emulsifiers, water is incorporated to the finished product i.e. enamel or primers but it has following adverse effects:

Product Details:

Aqua Smart is a blend of additives containing polar and non-polar functional group

In addition to emulsifier and alcohol it also has protective colloid

Apart from reducing the surface tension these colloids encompass the dispersed phase thus preventing coalescence and aggregation due to repulsive forces, this imparts stability to the system

Aqua Smart is compatible with larger spectrum of alkyd

Water-alkyds bond formed is strong enough to last long

Recommended Dosage:

For 100 kg batch of enamel or primer(finished/final product):

50 gm Aqua Smart is required for 10 ltr water addition

100 gm Aqua Smart is required for 20 ltr water addition

150 gm Aqua Smart is required for 30 ltr water addition
